I made my very own ANIMATED icon! I can't believe how easy it was!

With thanks to potato_chippu  whose tutorial gave me enough basics to muddle through. (made only mildly tricky by the fact that her/his imageready is in spanish... :)

Okay so who has the awesome icon, making fun of historians? It's animated and translates accademic expressions like:  "It has been said" meaning, "I can't be bothered to look up the footnotes right now."

I'm pretty sure it's someone on my Flist and I get happy everytime I see it.

So I took a shot at sga_icontest 71. 

I won't be able to check out the competition until the 19th.... not that it makes a lot of difference. You know how people have Mad photoshop skills? I'm sort of the direct opposite of those people. It balances out. Also my beloved Mammoth computer tends to fool me into thinking something looks fine, until I get a look at it from a computer with actually functioning pixels (sorry baby *pets screen*).

Going to see MI3 tonight and more importantly my sister who'se back from Rome. Until she goes again... Lucky gall.

Anyway, I made some Byzantine icons (that never stops cracking me up) Only five mind.

People all over are getting mighty exited about the upcoming return of the CYBERMEN! So I decided to do an iconseries in honor of those metal beasts and their friends.

The were a WHO villian so wretched even the evil Timelords of old wouldn't allow them to play the GAME in the deathzone, for they would have played it just a little to well! ...er? What are you taking about? They got their arses handed to them by everything up to slightly steep hillocks.

Mind, the stone on metal soundeffect we got when One hit an obviously cloth arm was kinda cool...
