I took the comment down because it occurred to me that no matter how much I LONGED to have a dialogue with the person– it was only going to lead to a seriously busy thread with a bunch of people weighing in on my behalf and while I appeciate being defended – I’d rather you guys read my stuff than get mad at someone for being a jerk to me *smileyface*
The word dialogue I believe actually implies that you say something, so kudo's on overcoming that longing so swimmingly. Yes, the comment in question was mine and it was moderated into oblivion, but I did actually have a point to make, and damn if I'm not going to make it.

If you haven't been following John_farr. It's a SGA AU where all Earthlings have a mating cycle thanks to the Goa'uld. John is either: frigid, fucked up or both and Rodney is the SGC bicycle, because he hapens to be compatible with EVERYBODY and not having sex during your cycle can cause psychoses.

I quite agreed with her, but it did make me wonder why no one had written the marine one yet, so... I've officially crossed that line from awkward to absolutely mortifying, should anyone I know ever come across this journal.

I think that makes three in one year! The most productive I've been in ages and this one has a little gay sex and dirty words! OMG! I'm practically a grown up now! I so love Rodney's medical issues. As far as I'm concerned they're all canon. That doesn't mean I don't love his hypochondria also!

More ludicrous to me however, is the thought that Rodney would actually be okay with it. Pain? Saliva near an *ahem* open wound? In my head that could only end something like this:
